Q : How much is your standard Call Out Charge ? :
A : Please see our Prices page.

Q : How long will it take to fix my problem ? :
A : We will keep in contact with you and have any parts that we don't have in stock ordered promptly and fitted as soon as they arrive from our supliers.

Q : Do you work on static caravans / homes ? :
A : Yes we can, and we are Gas Safe registered to work on LPG based systems.

Q : What are your prices ? :
A : Please see our Prices page.

Q : Do you work on other makes of appliance as well as Truma ? :
A : Yes, we can usually fix most problems on most appliances

Q : My touring van / motorhome is over 5 years old, will I be able to get new parts ? :
A : We can try our best and have a lot of contacts in the industry but on occasion some parts are unobtainable as they are not made by the company anymore or due to limited runs of spares by the manufacturers at the time / year of build.

Q : What don't you do ? :
A : We don't do mechanical work on engines and bodywork repairs but we can recommend a suitable engineer for anything we don't do.
